Hello Friday!!

In today's news, I got the kids up and made them oatmeal for breakfast then I packed lunches, not just C's but Gman and Little man wanted to pack too!!! Thank goodness I had enough lunch meat and cheese!! So I got them off to school and then I cleaned a bit. Started some towel laundry and then scrapped another page!! This one uses A Boy's Perfect Birthday by Jady Day Studio, L'il Bitty Alpha Beads by Valorie Wibbens, and Date Stamps by Amber Clegg.

Then I cleaned a little more, folded and put away some laundry and then I bakes some apple bread, OMG is it to die for!!! I found the recipe on Pinterest and you can find it here!!! Mine is so much more chunky then the one pictured and I really think that makes it so much better!!! Hahaha!! I think the kids are gonna love having this as a snack today after school!! Here is what mine looks like!!

Now I'm just waiting for the kids to start coming home and then we have football for an hour tonight and then the rest of the night to just chill and hopefully here from Tim!!

Ugh, what a terrible summer day!!!

So hot and so humid and it rained and rained all day long!! I laid in bed all day and read, the kids watched TV and played the Wii all day. The girls were so good and took care of the Scarlett! Taking her out to pee and then playing with her. She spent a lot of the day in my room too on my bed sleeping!!!

The gas company came in the afternoon and shut off our gas - nice (NOT!!) and it was off all day! The girl's made a s'mores brownie dessert thing and we had it after dinner. T came home at about 7:30PM. It was just a blegh day!! I was in bed sleeping by 10:30PM!!

Morning routine

- all by myself, it went fairly smoothly! 

Today is CJ's last day of preschool - it's just an outdoor play day! So I dropped him off and then headed back home to put the finishing touches on Gman's snack - dirt pudding flower pots! Then I had to drop those off at the school at 10AM. 

I met Laura in the parking lot and after I headed the snack off to Mrs. Coleman (the kids loved them) Laura and I chatted with Mrs. Bradley for a while and then were finally allowed to head down to A7 to get some stuff we would need for the 3rd grade party tomorrow! We left the school at 11AM so I had to rush home to throw together a lunch for CJ and then rush back into town to his school to be there for photos on the front step at 11:15AM! Once that was done we headed to the Thai restaurant to have lunch for Shari's birthday with Shari, Laura and Cari. Then we came home and chilled for a bit - I worked on laundry - until the kids started coming home. Once the girl's got home we did a mad dash of cleaning for an hour since Jenna was getting off the bus with Little man and we were watching her till 5:45PM for Laura! Once they were home we had snacks and then the kids played downstairs almost the whole time!! The girl's were trying to get ready - they even ironed their clothes and I made pizza for dinner! We started eating and then all piled in the van and left at 5:30PM. I dropped the girl's off at the Jr High, gave Jenna to Laura and then the boys and I headed to Dollar General to get some snacks to eat during the concert! We headed back to the school and hung out in the vestibule till the doors opened and then we sat through the concert (4th & 5th grade band/chorus) just to see S and R sing one song! UGH!! It was almost 9:30PM when we got home! The boys went straight to bed. R finished up some dishes and then her and S showered real quick and went to bed! I baked 2 dozen muffins. Then hit the hay after midnight!

Margarita Time!

Took CJ to school and I did a bit of grocery shopping. Came home and put the stuff away and then headed back to Zion to spy on CJ a bit! Then daddy texted me and invited us to lunch since he was still in town. We met him at Ruby Tuesday! After we ate CJ and I came home and I made some muffins for the red & black games tomorrow but I didn't buy enough packs so once S gets home I run to Bilo and pick up two more packs and come home and make them. Daddy got home at about 6:30PM and took me into town and dropped me off at Cozemuls - I was meeting Laura, Shari, Krista and Cindy for a girl's night out! We spent two hours talking and drinking margaritas!! Laura brought me home and then it was bed time for me!!

Happy sweet 16th birthday

to my baby girl S!! 

Today started out normal - me packing lunches and T fixing breakfast. Then we both stayed up - me to work on PTA stuff and him to get ready so he could go get blood work. He did make the boys breakfast before he left - pancakes and waffles. I got the 2 boys on the bus and then CJ and I ran to Wal Mart to get cake and icing to make S cupcakes. We came home and I did that then worked on PTA stuff. Then I exercised and grabbed a shower. Make lunch for CJ and me and then finally T came home. I left because I was helping with kindergarten registration at a East Pike from 12:45 to 3PM. I ended up staying till 3:30 and then ran to Bilo to pick up ice cream and pasta salad. Came home and daddy started making dinner - burgers and fries. Just as dinner was ready we realized I forgot to buy buns! So Gman and I ran to Rite Aid real quick to get them. We ate and then enjoyed cupcakes. S and I then left at 7pm to go to her band concert. We were there till almost 9pm. Now I'm laying here waiting to put jeans in the washer when all I want to do is go to bed!

TGIF

Daddy had to get up and leave early for Ohio so it was just me doing morning duty! I packed the girl's lunches and they had cereal for breakfast! Then it was back to bed and then up with the boys. I just gave them cereal too! After I got them all out the door I declared it a lazy day for myself! I did bake some oatmeal raisin cookies and even though they turned out looking like crap they tasted delicious!! 

Once everyone was home I made ravioli and meatballs for dinner for the kids, I had my leftover potato soup! Then we all just hung out till it was time for bed!

Feeling like Crap!

Ugh, so I totally woke up feeling like crap!! My head was killing me and my neck was stiff!! I through together the girl's lunches and then I headed back to bed!! When my alarm went off at 7:30AM, I just couldn't get up!! I just couldn't!! So T told me to stay in bed and he'd take care of the boys!!! So back to sleep I went!! He got the breakfast and got their lunches pack (although all he had to do was make the sandwiches) and got them off to school! I was finally able to "wake up" at about 9AM, but I laid in bed the rest of the morning watching Bones. Then I decided at about 11:30AM to jump in the shower and then CJ and I headed to McDonald's for lunch - oh yeah CJ is still sick so no school for him, although I was sure he was getting pink eye, but no goopy eyes this morning so I didn't call the doctors!! 

We ate and then I needed to tun to Wal Mart for brownies and pull ups! Of course today is the first day of spring and it's freaking SNOWING!!! So tired of this crap ass cold weather!!! On the way home - CJ started complaining that his left ear was hurting bad, especially when he chewed (I had given him some gum), ugh!!! So I called the ped's office to see if I could get him in, we got an appointment for 2:15PM. So I quickly tried to get my brownies baked, but I just didn't have enough time and I had to pull them out with still 10 minutes to bake - SHIT!!! So I covered them and we headed out the door! CJ has an infection in the left ear and they tested him for the flu - it came back negative but Katie didn't really believe it - she really thinks he has the flu - again!! So we rushed home and I put my brownies back in the oven and hoped for the best!! Then I got ready and headed out the door to run to bilo to grab some lunch meat for the kids for dinner! I came home, dropped it off and headed to the school to help with the father/daughter banquet. T left work at 5PM  and picked up CJ's medicine and then came home. We were done with the banquet at 8PM and then Laura, Cindy, Krista and I headed to Brunzies for drinks. We sat and chatted and drank till 10:45PM. Then it was home for me and straight to bed - I was beat!

Hooray for Saturday!!

It was so nice to lay in bed this morning with not "having" to get up!! I think we eventually got out of bed around 8:30AM and we got the three boys and ourselves dressed and headed out the door! The first stop was Great Clips to get all three of their hair cut - they all needed it so badly! Then it was off to Aldi's to get some groceries and then Wal Mart to get the rest of them! Then we had to head to daddy's Indiana store to drop off rent and to pick up some movies. Then we hit McDonald's drive through and brought home lunch for everyone!! While we were gone the girl's we suppose to clean their bathrooms and the livingroom! Then the rest of the day the kids watched movies. I baked lemon pound cake for my girl's night out and then we all hung out some too!! Then I got a shower at about 5PM while daddy made the kids dinner: chicken noodle soup and buffalo chicken dip! I left the house at about 5 till 6PM and headed to my girl's night out at Laura's house! We had so much fun!! I drank (for the first time) a margarita, a pina colada and a liquor called Sweet Revenge. 

Most of the ladies headed home at 9AP, but a few of us stayed till 11PM!! It was a great time! When I got home the girls were still up but daddy was sleeping!! Hahahaha!!

Sunday Shopping!

I got up and got a menu and grocery list made and then I left the house at about 9:45PM to go shopping. While I was gone the rest of the family cleaned. I hit Aldi's and Wal Mart and then I booked it home so that I could get there before 11:30AM because we were going out to lunch! I got home and we put the cold/frozen stuff away and then we headed out! We quickly decided on Pizza Hut and once we were there we all ordered what we wanted and enjoyed our lunch, even though CJ whined through the whole thing!!! Once we were done we hit Wal Mart again and got a bunch of "stuff" including a new TV stand! Then we hit Michael's because their cubes were on for 40% off and I had a 25% off total purchase coupon - 3 cubes for $50 bucks!! Then it was time to head home! The rest of the afternoon daddy put our TV stand together and moved all that crap around and I sat in my office and put my cubes together! Then we just had left over lunches for dinner! After dinner I finally got around to making the banana bread I've been meaning to make for a week!! Ugh, it was a good thing I finally got it done my bananas were almost too ripe for it!! 

At 7PM we started getting the kids showered and then by 8PM they were ready for bed!! I laid in bed for a while and read, but I was soon pretty tired and I hit the hay by 10PM!

Ugh, 6AM came early!

We got up and got all our usual stuff done and got the girls off to school. Then I headed back to bed and just laid there - I totally couldn't get back to sleep!! My 2nd alarm finally went off at 7:30AM and I was up and getting dressed since I had to leave the house by 8:25AM. I had to be at East Pike by 8:30AM to help paint faces. The boys came with my and I painted Gman's face first! Then from 8:30AM till 10AM I painted faces. I left to come home and then T left for work!! Soon after CJ and I headed out the door. We stopped at Dollar Tree, Michael's and Giant Eagle then it was off the Eat N Park for lunch! 

Once home I worked on my project life a bit and cleaned up my office. Then I made cupcakes (for Dutch's 43rd birthday) and at 4:30PM Laura and Alyssa came and picked up R - she was going to eat dinner with them, go to Battle of the Faculties and then spend the night!!! I put off dinner for the longest time 1. because I didn't want to make it and 2). because I didn't want to leave the house and spend money on it! I ended up making pizza bagels for Little man, S & me and PB&J for CJ and Gman! Then after dinner I went into my room and read. CJ came in and fell asleep at about 7:20PM. T got home from work at about 8PM - he was sick and in pain from a kidney stone. Little man and Gman were watching a movie and I put them to bed at about 8:30PM. Now I just peed and I'm headed to bed myself because I am beat!!!

Birthday Lunch!!

Had a birthday lunch today at The Coney: Laura, Krista, Jenn, Amy, Kim and Chrissy were there. Kim gave me a card. Jenn gave me a card (with a $25 dollar Olive garden gift card in it) and Laura paid for mine and C's lunch!! We were there for about an hour and thirty minutes!!! It was a great time!! When I came home I baked 2 pans of brownies for the father/daughter banquet tomorrow and then Kim posted on Facebook for a volunteer to make a treat for the next day for school - so I volunteered! I had to pick Little man up from school at 3:15PM to take him to the orthodontist, we were in and out in no time and the doctor said he even though his teeth are still crowded he doesn't see Little man needing braced for a few more years!! Then Little man and I ran to Aldi's to get stuff to make rice crispy treat and strawberries and then we stopped at Michael's to get pink chocolate. Once home I made two pans of rice crispy treats and cleaned and cut 2 quarts of strawberries! 

Then I made tacos for dinner. I asked T to bring home a heart cookie cutter and then once the kids were in bed I cut the rice crispies into hearts and dipped them in pink chocolate!

Hulk, SMASH!!!

Happy 6th Birthday to my boy Gman!! We woke up this morning and it was a typical morning - got everyone fed and lunched packed and got them out the door!! Once everyone was gone I got to baking Gman's cake!! While it was baking I worked on some of the kid's valentines. Then I went in the kitchen and made some green fondant! It actually turned out great the first time and I was so stoked!! Then as the cake was cooling and the fondant was "setting up" I made homemade butter cream icing! I iced the cake and then got to work in putting the fondant on it!! It took me all morning and to just after lunch to finish this cake but it was so worth it, Gman LOVED it!!! 

Then after I was done and C was fed we headed out to town to pick up balloons for Gman and Chicken noodle soup (since that is what he requested for his birthday dinner) and mint chocolate chip ice cream (so it would match the green and black hulk cake). Then it was home and just hanging out till everyone started coming home! I got the kid's soup warmed up and crusty bread in the oven. After the were done eating daddy came home and brought us Thai food! Then it was time to have cake and ice cream! It was delicious!! Then we all just hung out for the rest of the night and put the kids to bed at about 8PM and then daddy and I climbed in bed!!

So yada yada yada,

regular Thursday morning! Once I got C dropped off at school I hit Michael's, JoAnn's, Aldi's and Wal Mart to gather my supplies for making Gman's birthday cake and my veggie pizzas I was making for Saturday! Then I got back to C's school at about 10:45AM and snuck up to watch him!! After I picked him up we ran through the carwash, it was such a long line and a long wait! 

Then it was off to McDonald's for out weekly lunch date!! Once we got home I got to work on baking the chocolate chip  muffins for Gman's birthday snack the next day at school! Then once they were cooling I figured out a cool way to put a "hulk" cupcake wrapper on them, so I cut all them out and glued them up and then put them on the muffins!!

He loved them and thought they were the coolest things ever!! Once the kids came home, they brought their report cards (we except Little man, he forgot his) and the kids did do well!! S had all A's and one B. R had all A's. (Little man had all A's too) and Gman had almost all P's with just 2 or 3 M's!! So proud of all my kiddos!! 

What a freaking morning!!!

Tim's car is having "issues" (leaking gas) and so he was going to take the van to work today, after we got the girls out the door and he was taking the boys down through the basement to get on the bus he found that some one had turned the van key on and left that way all night, the battery was DEAD!!! He called AAA and we waited for them to come. They jumped the van and we got in and took daddy to work, but as we pulled in to Sheetz there was this terrible smell and we couldn't figure out what it was. We got dad dropped off and then as we were driving to Giant Eagle to drop off medicine the battery light came on - CRAP!!! So after much discussion we figured out that it was the alternator that was bad and daddy was going to have to fix it when he got home! So C and I hung out all day just vegging. I baked some cookies. Daddy didn't get home till like 10PM and then he started working on the van. I couldn't stay up and I had to go to bed, but daddy was up till like 2AM fixing it, but he got it done so hip hip hooray for daddy!!!

I woke up feeling like a new woman!!

Man, my throat is still kind of sore and I am still coughing, but at least I could function!! So happy it's Saturday and I have nothing I HAVE to do!!! I did do some stuff today: like I did several loads of laundry, cleaned the living room a bit, edited some photos, ran to Wal Mart and picked them up and worked on my Christmas album!! Daddy did a bit of grocery shopping this morning. The kids and I made sugar cookies, cut them out, baked them and iced them - it was torture!!!

Daddy cooked up a delicious turkey dinner with all the fixings!!! It was just a great relaxing Saturday - even though I did lots of stuff!! Now I'm getting ready to shut off my Christmas music that has been playing all day and go snuggle down in my bed and catch some Zzzzzzzzzzzz's. I have another lazy day ahead of me tomorrow!!

Back to school!!!

Everyone went back to school today after a nice long 4 day weekend!! I was ready and they were ready!! We woke up to the first snow of the winter season!!! It was so pretty and there wasn't much of it, but the sun glinting off it was magical!!! 

After I dropped C off I ran to Aldi's and Wal Mart to get a few things to tide us over till I could do a proper shopping trip, who know when that will be...I really hate shopping and putting all that crap away!!! After I picked him up we ran to the library to return some books, I had one that was overdue - BOO!!! I picked up three more and then I let him play down stairs for about 45 minutes!!! We came home and had lunch and then I worked on laundry and scrapping all afternoon!!! I got a ton done and I finally got all the clothes from last week put away too!!! I made tacos for dinner and they were YUM!!! Then it was showers for 4 of them and I worked on making granola bars and energy balls!!! Then I read for about 20 minutes before putting them all to bed!! They were beat and I haven't heard a peep out of any of them!!! Daddy came rolling in about 8:30PM and now I'm gonna crawl in my bed and go to sleep!!! I need some snuggling time with my pillow!!!

Happy Hump Day!!!

T had to be up and gone early this morning so I was on my own, I packed easy lunches and the girls got their own breakfast and I went back to bed!! I didn't fall asleep but it sure was nice cuddling under my cozy covers. I got back up about 7:30am and made the boys oatmeal for breakfast and then cleaned up a bit (my bed, sweeping the kitchen and sorting laundry) and I noticed I had a text it was from Krista inviting us to Mack Park for play date/picnic!! I then did some CT work on the computer. Got our lunch packed and both of us dressed and out the door!! We played at the park till about 1PM, C was a little better, he didn't hide the whole time and he actually played cars with the kids for about 30 seconds!!! Hahaha!!! 

When we left we hit Michael's for tape refills, Wal Mart and then Mickey's for ice cream!! C fell asleep on the way home and then laid on the couch and slept till 4PM!!! I made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and then after dinner I made 3 dozen pumpkin muffins and folded laundry. Now I'm getting ready to head to my bed and snuggle down for the night!!! I'm beat and I can hear my bed calling my name, another busy day ahead of me tomorrow!!

Hello 5AM!!!

Ugh, yes we had to get up this morning when there was still a 5 at the beginning of the time!! S had to met at Dunkin Donuts at 6AM to have breakfast with the seniors in her marching band section, so that meant we had to take her!!! The alarm went off at 5:20AM and I got up to take her but them my sweetie T said to get back in bed he would take here!!! Love him to bits!!! So I laid back down till 6AM and then I got up and did the morning routine with R, although I just made her eat oatmeal I didn't make her a "real breakfast". Then I got back in bed and T came home about 7AM, he took S straight to school which meant that I'd have to leave the house and take her lunch too her!! I did that once we got the boys on the bus!! Once C and I got back home I got the icing made for my cookies and got them iced then I started to make my chocolate chip cookies but as I was starting to mix them I remembered I was out of vanilla extract, UGH!!! I called T hoping he was still in town and could pick some up for me but he wasn't, he was in HC but that sweetheart of a man still went and bought me some and brought it back to me!!! Love him to BITS!!!! So I got my chocolate chip cookies made and then I started working on laundry!!

It took forever for the bat cookies to dry so I had to wait to package them. The girls came home at 3PM and I had to run out to the high school to drop off the chocolate chip cookies (2nd trip there) and then came home and got the boys off the bus and S fed. We had to run her back to the high school at 5PM and drop off the sugar cookies for the band (3rd trip there) and then back home to get the noodles cooked and in the soup for dinner! Got the rest of the kids and myself fed and then we started gathering what we would need for the game!! We left the house between 6:15 and 6:30PM to head out to the game at guess where................the freaking high school (4th trip)!!! The kids were so wound up but I finally let R and L go down and buy them all mini megaphones that they can put popcorn in and that kept them calm for a bit!!! T had to park clear down at the Jr High and walk up and finally showed up at just before half time!!! So we sat and watched the bands and then everyone was whiny so we left and went to McDonald's for food!!! 

Then home and straight to bed for everyone but T, he said he'd wait up and pick S up, he is totally the best husband ever!!! It was one loooooooooooooooong day!!!!

Busy little beaver

So I was such the busy little beaver today!! I got so mush done - super productive!! But of course now I am totally whooped!!! Hahaha!! So our morning started off like every other morning!! Making breakfasts, packing lunches, getting kids on the bus!!! Once I dropped C off at school I went to the Indiana store to drop off a TV T had put in my van, I sat there for a few minutes waiting for him to show up - playing on my phone. Then I stopped at Sheetz and got a water and then headed to the track to walk - I just did 2 laps because I had to "go" (if you know what I mean!!!). 

At home I showered and then got clothes from yesterday put away and I got a new load going in the washer! Then I went through some email stuff and then it was time to pick C back up from school! We headed to Mickey's for our weekly lunch date and them home!! 

I got my sugar cookie dough made and in the fridge and then finished working on laundry and cleaning up the basement a bit - I actually got all my laundry washed, dried and put away!!! Then it was time to bake the sugar cookies!! I think I ended up with 5 dozen pumpkins and 5 dozen bats!!! Holy cookies bat man!!! 

By that time everyone was rolling in and it was chaos!! S text at about 5:15 that she was done so we had to go pick her up (in the pouring rain!!!) and then it was home to get dinner ready - spaghetti and meatballs! 

Then I cleaned up the living room and ran the sweeper. Helped R by wiping down the table and sweeping the floor then it was time to get the rugrats in the tub!!! Played on my computer for a bit and then daddy rolled in at 8PM and we put everyone to bed. I then made my icing for the cookies and got all the pumpkins iced!!! Now I'm going to work on getting a few treat bags cut for C's class and then I'm hitting the hay!!!

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip!!

Phew what a day!! So proud of the lunches I made the kids today, plus they loved them!! DIY Pizzas, pineapple and peanut butter pretzel bars!! 

After our usual morning routine C and I loaded up in the van but instead of going to school we went on his file trip to the pumpkin patch!! We were suppose to go this Thursday bit it's suppose to be terrible weather so his teacher called yesterday morning to let us know they moved it today, which was fine because it was a beautiful day!!! We found the place with little trouble and then we spent the morning (till 11AM) looking at pumpkins, walking around seeing the signs of fall, listening to pumpkin stories, having a snack and playing games!! 

Once we got home we had lunch and then crashed in momma's bed!! I was so sleepy, I finished watching GI Joe and then I was out!!! Thank goodness C is a good little boy!!! I slept until it was time to get L and G off the bus and then I fiddle farted around until 5PM and then we went to Mickey's for dinner!! 

Home at 6PM and I got the dough ready to make my graham crackers.

 Then I folded my white clothes I washed to day and then just tried not to kill anyone!! Not because they were bad (because they weren't at all) but because for some reason I have a horrendous headache!!! Then it was baths and brush teeth and daddy got home right at 8PM to help put the rats to bed!!! Now I'm just finishing up baking my graham crackers and then I'm hitting the hay!! Another busy day tomorrow!!!
