Sunday

Daddy was up and out the door early, he had to go to Ohio to work Marco's (BOO)! Still no swimming today because it still cool and windy! I washed some towels today and read a lot! The phone rang at about 4PM and R answers it, it's my Aunt Verna and she proceeded to tell me how much we are missed and how we should come over next weekend for the reunion and blah blahblah blah for like 30 minutes!! Ugh!!! I was so pissed!! She mentioned she saw/talked to dad at church and I don't know if he said something or what but ugh....just leave me the freak along!!! So I was in such a bad mood that I decided the kids and I needed to go to Mickey's for dinner !!! Hahaha!! Then it was home to just hang out till bed time!!

It's summer and it's COLD!!!

Today was another coldish day so no swimming for us!!! Gman and I were the only ones up at about 9:30AM, everyone else was still snoozing!!

Everyone else finally got up and daddy made us a delicious breakfast! I messed around in my office: Cleaning and straightening up and editing photos! Daddy ran out and got a hack saw to finally fix the bathroom screen! The lady we are getting the puppy from finally sent us a photo of her, she is soooooooooooo cute!!! Daddy also mowed the grass! It was a pretty lazy/laid back kind of day!!

Happy 4th of July!!

What a great family day we had today!! We didn't get to swim because it was actually quite cold, but we had fun in the house playing and watching TV! We bought our first "dog" item for the new puppy, her first toy!!!

We had yummy ribs and brawts for dinner that daddy cooked all day and then grilled up for us! The ribs literally just fell off the bone! Then we headed out to Mack Park at about 7PM and got a great parking spot and a great spot in the grass to watch the fireworks! We took the kids down into the food "strip" and got them all a bag of cotton candy! Then we saw Chrissy and she sat and talked to us for a little bit about the puppies! Then daddy went down to the food strip to get him self something and he came back with frozen cheesecake dipped in chocolate and rolled in nuts for me and him!! They were delicious!!! He also brought the kids water and us some pop! The fireworks started about 9:30Pm and they were wonderful!!! We all just sat and stared at them!! They went on for about 30 minutes and then we were in the van and on the way back home!!
