It was a pretty good Saturday!!

We spent most of the day outside mowing grass, weed eating, the girls used the hedge trimmers and cut down/trimmed lots of bushes and weeds!! The kids played with Scarlett. Swam in the pool. Playing baseball. Rode their bikes - T took CJ's training wheels off and he rode a two wheeler!!! We have to help him get up on the bike and give him a tiny push but once he gets going he rides so good!!! Then daddy finally used his old grill and made a fire pit for us and we roasted our hot dogs over it for dinner!! 

It was a great and productive Saturday!!!

Ohio again!!

T was up early and out the door because he had to go to Ohio this morning for a Marco's meeting - such a waste of gas!!! He then had to go to his actually "job" in Lower Burrell!  The girls fought all morning and I wanted to just CROWN them!! Ugh, they are so witchy sometimes!!! The kids did get in the pool for a bit after lunch! Scarlett was a pill today and had like 7 accidents in the house - major suckage!! I finally left the house after dinner - I just couldn't take it anymore!! I went to Dollar Tree and picked up some dog toys. Went to JoAnn's but didn't buy anything. Went to TJ Maxx and got like 3 new roller stamps!! Then to Micheal's were I got an album and some Project Life Themed cards on clearance. 

Then to the wine store to use my gift card from Laura and then finally Wal Mart and then home!!! Daddy got home fairly early - 7:30ish and it was a great rest of the night to end the work week!!!

The power of social media!!

I had to get up and go grocery shopping this morning - we were way out of food! It was hot and muggy and just blah!! I finally got home about 11:30AM and we got groceries put away, lunch made and then it was into the pool with all of us!!! 

It was great to just float and relax, but the sun was still brutally hot!!! Once we were all out it was just a bunch of relaxing and hanging out!! T was gonna be late again, he texted me at 8:30PM and asked if I wanted anything and I said THAI!!! So he brought us Thai home at 9:30PM - they even stayed open 30 minutes later just for him!!! Once the kids were in bed I was surfing Facebook and Chrissy posted a photo of a golden retriever puppy that they are getting and I half jokingly asked if she had any brothers/sisters and Chrissy said YES - did I want the information of the lady selling them!! I said yes and the next hour was a whirl wind of texts and private messages back and forth getting us a PUPPY!!! By the time we went to bed we had the number of the lady and planned to call her first thing!!!

Weird Weather

So we were suppose to have some terrible weather today so the kids and I were in the pool shortly after 10AM, it was so nice floating for about 2 hours! We got out at about 12:15PM for lunch then after lunch we got in for just a little bit more and then got out to get ready to go to the library! We left a little early because I had to stop at Tanja's to drop off some PTA paper work and then we were at the library almost 2 hours! I worked on my school calendar while the kids did all their usual library stuff. Then we headed to Mickey's and got some ice cream and then came home! 

The kids played outside and I finally started dinner at about 6PM. We had scrambled eggs, sausage and toast!! Tanja stopped over at about 6:30PM for me to sign a check. By about 7PM, I was spent!! Hot, sweaty, grumpy and done with the kids!!! T was late coming home so I had to deal with bedtime myself - he didn't get home till almost 9:30PM.

Lazy Monday!

Totally lazy day already!! T was up and out the door before anyone was up and he was suppose to make pancakes for the kids, well Gman was mad and I told him I'd make them for him for lunch so that's what I did - pancakes and sausage for lunch! 

Then we headed out to the pool - it was so hot and so beautiful!! Again I lasted way longer then any of the kids just floating around in my chair and reading!! I was so exhausted when I got out!! Who knew relaxing could be so tiring!!! We spent the rest of the afternoon just hanging out and relaxing! Daddy got home about 7:45PM.

Ahhhhh,

I slept in for a bit today and it was nice!!! Got up around 10AM and had some pizza for breakfast and then we did some cleaning - the girl's did their regular daily chores, T cleaned the laundry room because it had something stinking in it, the boys cleaned the rocks out of the drive way and swept it and I put some laundry away and cleaned/swept the living room! Then I made lunch a bit early and then we headed to the pool!! The kids and I went in while T ran to Dollar General for black garbage bags and then when he got home he came in the pool with us! We floated and played will almost 2PM. It was getting cloudy/gray and kind of windy/cold. Once we were inside and dressed the kids hung out watching TV. T watched stuff on his iPad and I cleaned my office!! 

I put all the school papers away and straightened up the closet. Then I swept and now I have a nice sparkling craft room!! I finished off the afternoon working on CJ's album and around 5PM I grilled out the brawts for diner! After dinner the kids watched some more TV. T worked on his laundry and played video games with the boys and I continued working on CJ's album!! Now it's almost 10:30PM and I'm gonna head to my bed room to read and then go to sleep!!

Ummm, let's see...

I laid in bed till after 10:30AM today and it was glorious!! Of course once I got up and T left the kids just fought and fought and fought - it's the boys and it drives me nuts so outside they went! I gave them PB&J sandwiches and kicked them out the door!!!

Of course that didn't stop the whining and crying - especially Gman - gah - I about knocked him out!!! But they finally got in the pool and then spent the rest of the time up in the club house playing cards! I didn't let them come in till dinner at 5PM! I scrapped a bit and cleaned off my desk. I binged cut about 10 pages worth of silhouette stuff!

I made meatballs and spaghetti and then after dinner the kids played downstairs and watched some tv. I cut some more stuff and then at 9PM it was bed for all 5 of them!! I messed around online for about an hour and ate some popcorn. Now that it's just after 10PM I'm headed to bed to read and then drift off into dream land!!

Let's see......

typical summer day in the our house! Mommy slept "late". S made the kid's pancakes for breakfast and made a HUGE mess!!!

The kids were lazy bums. I got up and made a menu and grocery list and then headed out the door to grocery shop! I came home and we put the stuff away and it was 11:30 so I made the kids an early lunch and then we hit the pool!! It was so hot and humid!! The kids came and went and most of them didn't last very long but mommy floated for almost 2 hours!!! I got out at about 2PM and we had a snack and got ready to leave the house for the library! The girl's went up stairs to the teen program and the boys and I hung out downstairs, me reading my kindle and the boys playing trains, on the computers and even reading a bit! Then we hit the Dollar Tree and picked up some more pool noddles and some "surf board" type floaty items. Then I hit JoAnn's and pick up some more clearance ink and then we headed home! The girls and I got dinner ready - Taco Tuesday. Once we ate we all settled down to watch movies or TV. Me in my bedroom. S downstairs and everyone else in the livingroom. Daddy was going to be late so I put the boys to bed and then daddy came home at about 9:30PM. I watched movies until midnight and then hit the hay!!

Hello Monday, we meet again!

So today was beautiful, a bit humid but still beautiful! Once I was up I got busy getting some stuff done. I finally put away all the boys clothes that have been piling up in my room. I made the boys clean their room and then I swept it. I got laundry started - towels and my clothes. I had the girls clean the living room and then I swept the hall and then vacuumed the livingroom! Then I sent the kids outside and I FINISHED Gman's album!! Woo Hoo!! Then I sorted all of CJ's photos so I can get started on his album. The kids got in the pool at about 11AM and I held off lunch till almost 1:30PM - it was just mac and cheese. Then at about 2:30PM our land lord showed up and stayed for almost an hour - I sat outside with the kids so they wouldn't bother him and he proceeded to whack the shit out of the hedges!! Kids got back in the pool and I messed around in my office until I grabbed a shower at about 5PM and then headed out to take the kids to McDonald's for dinner! 

Then I hit JoAnn's and they had a ton of clearance so I spent about $20 bucks and then we headed to WalMart to get my photos, some milk and some eggs! Then we ran through the drive thru for ice cream! We got home and daddy was here!! But we left shortly after that because he had to return some movies, while we were there I picked out a ton to watch over the next few days. Then we headed back home, it was almost 8:30PM so the boys messed around for just a bit before T put them to bed! I messed around in the office - trying out some of the new goodies I bought and now after I submit this I'm gonna go put a movie in, fold some clothes and then hit the hay!!!

We spent a bunch of time hanging out today!

T took all the kids out to lunch at Chinese and I stayed home and worked on Gman's album!

He brought me home a banana peanut butter fluffer nutter and bread sticks from Papa John's for lunch!! The kids swam and played outside! I scrapped all day on Gman's album!! Then daddy grilled out burgers and brawts for dinner and they were fabulous!!! Then after dinner he took S outside and showed her how to mow the grass, and she did it all by herself!!! Then before you know it, it was time to put the boys to bed and then I headed there soon after to read and then drift off to dream land!!

Saturday

It was so nice to wake up to T having a day off!!! We hung out this morning - T working on some of his laundry. I eventually jumped in the shower and so did T and then we left at noon to go on a lunch date. We went to Tres Amigos (Mexican place) and had some yummy food!! 

Then we hit Giant Eagle to get food for dinner. Once home we hung out and did lots of nothing - the weather was really crappy - cloudy and not warm at all!! Finally at about 3PM we decided to take the 3 boys for hair cuts! Then it was on to Wal Mart to get some laundry detergent for T and then he dropped me off at Michael's and I picked up some thin washi tape! Once we were home T started cooking dinner, the kids got in the pool and I worked on some scrapping. We ate and then I went back to scrapping and the kids went back to playing. Once the boys were in bed (like at 9:30PM) I got in bed and read and ate some ice cream and then it was off to dream land for me while T laid in bed and watched TV!

TGIF

Woke up still feeling like crap! The runs had stopped and so had the cramps but I was nauseous all day!! I laid out in my chair almost all day while the kids swam and played! 

It was beautiful - warm and breezy with like no humidity, to bad I was feeling so bad!! It was hard to enjoy it!! T had to work so late too and it was terrible! I got like a whole book read and started another. I left the kids up and T finally showed up at like 9:30PM and put them to bed - then I went straight to bed too!!

I'm sleepy!!

Ugh, I totally didn't want to get out of bed today!! But I finally got up and started my laundry for the day. Then I messed around in my office for a while and finally sat down to make a menu and grocery list - but it was so nice and I wanted the kids to be able to swim that I didn't go shopping.

After lunch the kids all went outside and swam till we left for the library at 2:45PM. The girl's went to a teen reading program thing and made GAK and the boys and I hung out down stair!! Once back home the kids got back in the pool while I made rice krispy treats and pizza for dinner! Then we all ate out on the deck! I ran to Wal Mart at about 7PM to get milk, some pool chemicals and the stuff to make GAK at home. Once I got back the girls helped the boys make their very own GAK! The had a ball!!! Then it was a quick soak in the tub for Gman and then bed time for the boys at 9PM!!! It's now 20 till 10 and I'm headed into my air conditioned room to READ!! T is in Ohio just for the day so I have the bed all to myself - he'll be home tomorrow after a normal work day!

Surgery Day!

I had to set my alarm today for 7:30AM, but I was actually up before that! I grabbed a quick shower and then got the boys up and got them fed. Gman and I had to be in Monroeville by 9:30AM. 

So at 8:15AM I put the medicine on his p.e.e.p.e.r.s. and we left. Daddy was driving over from Ohio and meeting us there - he got there at about 8:30AM. Gman and I got there right at 9:30AM and were called back shortly there after, but when the doctor started to "cut", Gman could feel it and started to cry! I felt terrible!! It was my fault because I didn't put enough numbing cream on!! So the doctor put a huge glob on and we wrapped it back up and went back out in the waiting room to wait for about 30 minutes! Then finally called us back again and it was numb now and the doctor was able to snip it just fine - I ended up seeing it and ugh - not a pretty sight!! So we got some medicine on it and were given instructions on how to care for it and then we left! It was about 11AM and all three of us were starving. So we hit Chik-fil-a and ate! Then it was time to head home!!! The kids were so excited to see daddy!! The kids spent the day in the pool - except Gman he is on "no pool" for 3 days (his only real restriction) and he cried all day about it - poor boy!! T put the boy's air conditioning in and then grilled out brawts and hot dogs for us for dinner! Soon it was bed time and then T and I hung out in our nice cool room till after 11PM and then it was off to dream land! T has to head back to Ohio tomorrow (just for the day), so he has an early start!!

What a beautiful summer day!!!

I woke up early for some reason just lazed in bed for like forever! I got up and got the boys poptarts and OJ and then went back to bed! Then once I was up "for the day" I ran to Wal Mart and got milk and mac and cheese and a few other things. I got home around 10Am and sent the kids outside! I went out too and laid in my chair while they played! Then I made lunch and after that we went back outside and played till it was time to come in for dinner at 5PM. The kids swam and rode their bikes and played on the swing set! We cleaned out the sand box so I could get new sand. I laid in my chair almost the whole time and relaxed! I did lay out in the sun just a bit but it was so hot and I do not like the hot!!! Hahaha!! After dinner I gave Gman and CJ a shower and then I took a shower myself and then we ran to Wal Mart to get sand and a new pool float for me! Then to Mickey's for ice cream cones and then we came home. The kids watched TV for about an hour and I worked on editing photos and then it was 9PM and time for bed!!

Gman's finger day 2!! Gnarly!!

Ugh!!

It was so hard getting up this morning because I stayed up soooooooooooo late last night!!! I think it was 3AM before I went to bed!! Boo!! I spent the morning getting some photos edited and uploaded to Wal Mart. Then after lunch I went out and finished up a little bit of grocery shopping I had left to do. Once home I let the kids get in the pool and I made pasta salad and strawberry short cake for dinner! Then I got the burgers made and on the grill. The kids got out of the pool and we ate dinner! It was so good!! Then we went outside and cleaned up a bit because there was a storm coming! It was raining hard and the wind was blowing and there was lighting and thunder - all the sudden the lights went out!! BOO!!! That was at about 7PM, maybe. 

I lit some candles and the boys found the one flash light that works and then they all sat in the living room and were playing! I finally put the boys to bed at about 9PM and then I was in my bed reading when the lights came back on at about 9:20PM. Then I came to my office and finished up some yearbook pages I was working on online and now I'm writing this and then I'm gonna head into my bedroom and read and then go to sleep!!

So we woke up to cloudy humid weather!

It sucked! S and I had to be in town for a 9:50AM dermatologist appointment - we waited almost 40 minutes to be seen by the physicians assistant for 10 minutes! Ugh!! Come home and we hung out for about an hour and then T decided we should go out to lunch! We hit Eat N Park and I got these cinnamon roll french toast and they weren't that good! I was sad!! 

Then we headed to Giant Eagle to get S's prescription and T dropped me off at Michael's - I got a gray ink pad because I thought it was on sale but it wasn't so I'm going to return it and I bought one off Amazon instead! Then we hit Wal Mart to get my tire fixed - but they refused so T bought a kit and fixed it himself in the parking lot! I got the three boys new swim shirts and both girls got new bathing suits. Then we headed home and the kids played in the pool for over an hour (the water is freezing - it's like 68 degrees!!!) and then we just has PB&J sandwiches for dinner! Tim finished his laundry and packed and then we headed to Bilo to get milk and then DQ were we all got blizzards! Then I came home and read, T left for Ohio and the kids watched TV till I put them (the boys) to bed at 9:30PM. Now the girls are watching TV in the living room and I'm gonna head to my bed and read my library book!
