TGIF!!!

Woo hoo, so glad that today is the last day of the school week!! I so need a day to "sleep in"!! So the alarm went off bright and early at 6AM and we got up and got all the usual stuff done and then headed back to bed. I didn't really drift off till close to 7AM, so when our second alarm sounded at 7:30AM I didn't want to get out of bed even more then the first time....but I did and we got all that usual stuff done too!! Once we got the 2 bigger boys on the bus T, C and I climbed back into our bed and snuggle down for about an hour!! It was so nice, but again once T got up to get ready for work I just couldn't get out of bed again!! I dozed on and off till like 11:30AM!!! Once I got up I was in my office all day!! Finishing valentines and putzing around! I got C and I lunch - meat and cheese roll ups and then more putzing!! Once S and R got home at 3:15Pm I headed out the door to Giant Eagle to get my medicine! While I was out I hit Michael's, JoAnn's and TJ Maxx - just browsed, couldn't even find anything to buy! Then I hit McDonald's for a bacon mcdouble, frappe and 2 strawberry cream pies - they were AMAZING!!! Once back home I let S make dinner - homemade pizza. I stood around and helped coach her and she did an awesome job! 

The pizza was so good!!! Then after dinner more putzing in the office - I got Gman's valentines DONE! I got Little man's almost done. Then I decided I wanted to do my Project Life in "paper" so I sketched out the 4 weeks that have passes and I got three weeks worth of photos edited and ready to print! Daddy was in New Brighton again doing pizza all day and he got home about 10:30PM. We had a snack (nachos and meatball sub) and now he's in the living room watching TV and I'm writing this! But it's so damn cold here (10 degrees) that once I hit publish I'm headed to my bed where my lovely hubby has already turned on my electric blanket and I think I'm going to SLEEP!!!

Well let's see!! TGIF!!!

I was flying solo this morning because T was up and 5AM and out of the house shortly after because he had to travel to New Brighton for something to do with Marco's. Thankfully though I only had R to get out the door early, S was still feeling sick so I made her stay home!! So I made R oatmeal and packed her lunch and crawled back into bed!! I didn't fall back to sleep easily though - BOO!! Then my alarm went off at 7:30AM and I got the bigger boys fed, ready and out the door!! Then I worked on my Christmas Album and totally finished it up! I worked on a bit of laundry. I cleaned up my office: putting away all the Christmas stuff, straightening some drawers and shelves, organizing and even pitching some "old" stuff!! C and S were both good all day and left me alone for the most part! The kids started arriving home and I decided I didn't feel like cooking so at 5PM I made the decision to head out to Mickey's and bring home dinner for us!! I was good and there wasn't one complaint, at last a peaceful dinner!! Then I sat in my office and scrapped two digital pages and then at about 7:30PM I went in my room and laid down to read because C wanted to sleep in there but didn't want to be alone!! T called at about 8:30PM and he was on his way home (although still 2 hours away), we chatted for a bit and then said good night! 9PM rolled around and I put everyone to bed. I was gonna go, but then decided I needed to write this first and now that I'm done I'm headed to my bed to snuggle and get warm because I just noticed it's snowing out and there is quite a bit on the ground - must be why I can't get warm!! So I'm hitting publish and calling it a night!! Good night!!

So tired this morning!!

Ugh, I did not want to get out of bed this morning!! I was woken up in the middle of the night with a leg cramp and it still ached this morning!! Plus T had to go to Ohio today so he had to leave early, but thankfully he kind of said "screw" 6AM and did make breakfast for the kids before he left at 7AM (and I was very very thankful).  Once everyone was off I cleaned the kitchen just a tiny bit and then I scrapped 2 pages. I worked on some laundry. C and I ran out after lunch and had to pick up some hand warmers for S to take with her to the football game. Then once R got home at 3PM we ran and dropped them off to her at Dairy Queen. I made dinner (homemade pizza) and then I worked on some scrap stuff again!! I let the kids stay up till about 8:45PM and then I put them to bed and now I'm listening to some pod casts and typing this!! T called at about 7PM and he was on his way home so not sure what time he is gonna pull in, but he has to stay up to pick up S. I think I'm gonna finish this and then hit the hay....I'm kind of beat!!!

TGIF!!!

Well I had grand plans of doing nothing today and I kind of accomplished that!! I worked on my zoo albums and then T text me at 11:30AM to have lunch together. So C and I dressed real quick and headed out to met him at McDonald's!! Then we headed home and I continued to veg!! I did wash and dry the towels and I read, read, read!!! The kids all came home (except S, she had one last football game - away - today and stayed after school) and we all just hung out!!!

I made dinner, homemade pizza, and then just lazed around and read!! I had to put the boys to bed by myself and then T didn't get home till 9PM......or a little later. Then I had a bowl of ice cream and then it was off to dream land for me!!

Hello 5AM!!!

Ugh, yes we had to get up this morning when there was still a 5 at the beginning of the time!! S had to met at Dunkin Donuts at 6AM to have breakfast with the seniors in her marching band section, so that meant we had to take her!!! The alarm went off at 5:20AM and I got up to take her but them my sweetie T said to get back in bed he would take here!!! Love him to bits!!! So I laid back down till 6AM and then I got up and did the morning routine with R, although I just made her eat oatmeal I didn't make her a "real breakfast". Then I got back in bed and T came home about 7AM, he took S straight to school which meant that I'd have to leave the house and take her lunch too her!! I did that once we got the boys on the bus!! Once C and I got back home I got the icing made for my cookies and got them iced then I started to make my chocolate chip cookies but as I was starting to mix them I remembered I was out of vanilla extract, UGH!!! I called T hoping he was still in town and could pick some up for me but he wasn't, he was in HC but that sweetheart of a man still went and bought me some and brought it back to me!!! Love him to BITS!!!! So I got my chocolate chip cookies made and then I started working on laundry!!

It took forever for the bat cookies to dry so I had to wait to package them. The girls came home at 3PM and I had to run out to the high school to drop off the chocolate chip cookies (2nd trip there) and then came home and got the boys off the bus and S fed. We had to run her back to the high school at 5PM and drop off the sugar cookies for the band (3rd trip there) and then back home to get the noodles cooked and in the soup for dinner! Got the rest of the kids and myself fed and then we started gathering what we would need for the game!! We left the house between 6:15 and 6:30PM to head out to the game at guess where................the freaking high school (4th trip)!!! The kids were so wound up but I finally let R and L go down and buy them all mini megaphones that they can put popcorn in and that kept them calm for a bit!!! T had to park clear down at the Jr High and walk up and finally showed up at just before half time!!! So we sat and watched the bands and then everyone was whiny so we left and went to McDonald's for food!!! 

Then home and straight to bed for everyone but T, he said he'd wait up and pick S up, he is totally the best husband ever!!! It was one loooooooooooooooong day!!!!

What a day!!!

The kids had today off for teacher in service day but it was not a relaxing day!!! First off I couldn't sleep in - damn you 6AM!!! I was up early but then I did laze in bed for awhile, but I would have loved to sleep!!! Then I worked on laundry all day long!!! I swear I did like 5 loads!!! It was BS!!! I made like 4 dozen pumpkin muffins. But the worst part was the kids were hellions!!! Ugh, I swear they bitched and moaned and whined and fought all freaking day long!!! At one point I made all 5 of them get in bed!!! I just wanted to cry!!! I had to have S to the high school by 5:30PM for a football game and then the kids and I came home and I made pizza and then I went in my room to hide and wait for daddy!!! Thank goodness he left work a little early and when he got home I crawled in bed and was shortly fast asleep!! I was just done - so worn out and so frazzled!!! I didn't have anything left for anybody!!!

Hooray it's Friday!!!

Kids lunches today were pizza buns, carrots, baby oranges and popcorn!!!

Daddy took today off and after we got the kids off to school we just lazed around for a bit and snuggled in bed!!! Then about 10AM his and C ran to FV to get some movies!! Then they came home and we vegged some more (C watching Scooby Doo, daddy sleeping on the couch and momma in bed reading). We headed out to lunch at about noon, hit Mickey's and then ran to Wal Mart so C could spend his birthday money!! He bought another Team Umizoomi DS game. We came home and he played that and mommy and daddy vegged some more!! The girls came home at 3PM and then we had to have S downtown at 4:15PM, so I took her, R and C with me. We dropped S off and then went and parked at the high school! Daddy stayed at home to get L and G off the bus and to wait for his mom and dad. They were going to met us at the high school and then we were all going to walk down town to the pep rally! Well his parents were running late (as usual) and R and I just started walking downtown ourselves (pushing C in the stroller). We listened to the band and some people talk.

C had to pee so bad he was crying, so I took him into Gatti's to use the restroom and bummed $2 bucks off R to buy a water. Then finally just as we were about the leave and follow the marching band back to the high school daddy and the boys showed up!!! We all walked back to the high school and then enjoyed the little "carnival" they had next to the football filed. We had pop and hot dogs, then once inside the field we had candy and burgers. We sat and watched the game till half time, watched S and the band perform and then headed home, it was none too soon since G fell backwards off the bleachers and hit the one behind him and got a big old goose egg behind his ear, he just cried and cried!!

Then I sat and clipped box tops for a while and then I went to bed!!! I was beat!! Daddy waited up and went to pick up S when she text to come home!!

Hello Friday!!

I spent the morning making blueberry muffins for the band for tonight's game. Then had to leave the house by 10:30am to get R from school and to the dentist by 11AM, her and C had appointments!! As always they were busy, behind and over booked!!! But both kids had awesome check up, perfect teeth and no cavities!!! We dropped R back at school and then headed home to have lunch!! The rest of the day was spent doing nothing!! R got home at 3PM and then at a little before 4 I loaded C in the van to wait for L and G to get off the bus!! We had to be at the high school by 4:15 to drop the muffins off to S! Got home and daddy was here (he had to run to Ohio this morning to put money in the bank) and he made dinner for us: Chicken soup and grilled cheese sammies! Then I ran out to the grocery store to get food for the weekend. Came home and the kids were watching Monster House. Put them to bed at about 8:45PM and they all went right to sleep and we didn't hear a peep from them!! Mommy and daddy had to wait up to pick S up from the game!!
