Ugh, what a terrible summer day!!!

So hot and so humid and it rained and rained all day long!! I laid in bed all day and read, the kids watched TV and played the Wii all day. The girls were so good and took care of the Scarlett! Taking her out to pee and then playing with her. She spent a lot of the day in my room too on my bed sleeping!!!

The gas company came in the afternoon and shut off our gas - nice (NOT!!) and it was off all day! The girl's made a s'mores brownie dessert thing and we had it after dinner. T came home at about 7:30PM. It was just a blegh day!! I was in bed sleeping by 10:30PM!!

The power of social media!!

I had to get up and go grocery shopping this morning - we were way out of food! It was hot and muggy and just blah!! I finally got home about 11:30AM and we got groceries put away, lunch made and then it was into the pool with all of us!!! 

It was great to just float and relax, but the sun was still brutally hot!!! Once we were all out it was just a bunch of relaxing and hanging out!! T was gonna be late again, he texted me at 8:30PM and asked if I wanted anything and I said THAI!!! So he brought us Thai home at 9:30PM - they even stayed open 30 minutes later just for him!!! Once the kids were in bed I was surfing Facebook and Chrissy posted a photo of a golden retriever puppy that they are getting and I half jokingly asked if she had any brothers/sisters and Chrissy said YES - did I want the information of the lady selling them!! I said yes and the next hour was a whirl wind of texts and private messages back and forth getting us a PUPPY!!! By the time we went to bed we had the number of the lady and planned to call her first thing!!!

Project Love Me: Week 40

Me and my littlest man!! I told him to smile - he interpreted that to mean look constipated!!! Hahaha!!

Well it was bound to happen!! Daddy and I slept in this morning!! For some reason my alarm wasn't set and R came walking in at 6:30 and was like.....it's 6:30!! WTF!!! Hahaha!!! So we hurried through breakfast for the girls and packing lunches (thank goodness it was just PB&J, apples with dip, grapes and granola bars)!

Daddy again went back to bed since he wasn't feeling well and I got the boys on the bus and C to school!! I had to run to Wal Mart since we had zero garbage bags and in a house with 7 people that is no good!!! Ugh it was so freaking HUMID today too, as I was dropping C off for school I asked Siri what the humidity was and this was what she showed me!!!!

WTF!!!! I am loving this warm weather in October but that humidity can just eff the right off!!! It felt like I was wading through a swamp for most of the day!!! Then I came home and laid in bed with daddy for about an hour and read. He got up at 11 and got ready for work and I went to pick up C. C and I came home and we had lunch - well he did - I was just about to make mine when daddy text me asking where we were - he was at McDonald's waiting for us because today is usually our lunch date (but I decided to just have lunch at home since we had already eating at Mickey's on Tuesday) - he wanted to surprise us!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! So we loaded in the van real quick and met him. We had lunch and C had ice cream!!! Once back home C played and watched TV while I worked on making some Halloween decorations with my Silhouette!!! Then S called at ten till 5 and let me know they were done early - we were actually already in the van and backing out of the garage to get her!! Then I came home and started dinner (spaghetti and meatballs) and then after dinner I went back in to finish up some crafting!! As I was rounding the boys up for showers I found melted wax all over my living room rug - G!!! He was playing in my wax burner - so he had to stand with his nose on the kitchen wall until bed time!!! Daddy got home at about 7:54PM - just in time to help me through the rats in bed!!! Then he spent the night watching the Brown's game in the living room while I finished working in my craft room!!

Humidity sucks!!

Ugh, such a humid day!!! As soon as we got up we closed up the house and got all the air conditioners going!!! Daddy finished up the yard work and I got to go grocery shopping all by myself!! I brought home Papa John's pizza for lunch!!  I ordered myself a food processor from Wal Mart and ran out in the evening an picked it up.
