Happy 12th birthday to R!!!

The morning started out just like every other Thursday morning! My packing lunches and getting the kids off to school! Once I got the boys out the door I ran CJ into town to school. Then I needed a little break from my mother so I got breakfast at Taco Bell and then headed into Wal Mart to get paper plates and a few other odds and ends!! Then it was back home to work on cleaning the kitchen and doing laundry! Then it was off to pick up CJ and another little break! I came home and mom was trying to get Grant and Gavin's DS's working and it was just painful! The boys were trying to play with them and she was being a total bitch and just being plain mean to them! It was driving me UP THE WALL!!! I was in the kitchen trying to clean a little and get lunch ready - mac & cheese! Again after lunch it was more of her bitching and moaning and more of me trying to just avoid her!! T called at about 1:30PM, he was in Pittsburgh but his truck had no breaks - it was going to need to be towed home!! The kids started coming home and it was looking like daddy was going to be late and it was just a terrible time! But we had hot dogs and fries for dinner and I had make and iced cupcakes for R's birthday! She opened her present and loved the new Kindle we got her!! Then mom put the boys to bed at about 7:50PM and she was just being a total bitch to them - I felt so bad and I just wanted to run away! So I was thankful when T texted at 8PM for me to come pick him up! I got him and then took him to Burger King for some food and then McDonald's. Then it was home to put our kiddos to bed! My mom was very cool to us and then went to bed shortly after! I was not looking forward to spending two more days with her!

It's a Sunday!

There was much lazying about this morning, it was nice!! But we finally got up and I grabbed a shower and we headed out to breakfast at Eat N Park!! 

Woo hoo - I just love their banana foster!! Then it was straight home. T needed to look at his car because it was making "a sound" and he needed to see if he could find it and fix it - he couldn't so that meant he was taking my van to Ohio! Boo!! I worked on getting old laundry folded and put away. I also laid around a lot and browsed Pinterest! T left at about 2:30PM. I made the kids chicken nuggets and tater tots for diner - some of them bitched - imagine that!! Then I spent the rest of the evening editing photos for project life and then surfing the web! It's now 9:30PM and I think I'm gonna go climb in bed and read till I can't keep my eyes open any longer!!!

Here I sit today without a car!

T's is making some kind of noise and he has insisted on taking mine! Ugh!! So I'm stuck all day long at home with all five kids! Ugh!! We did nothing all day!! I sat down to work on Gman's album and I couldn't find my tape runner - of course all the kids SWEAR none of them touched it, but let's face it tape runners don't just run off!! So instead I worked on making some new storage things with my silhouette. I needed like 3 more ink pad holders and I made a holder to hole 3x4 and 4x6 cards - I love it!! I made a storage thing for washi tape, but I hate it! It kind of sucks!! Hahaha!! T did come home fairly early and he did bring whoppers for me and him! S made the kids homemade pizza for dinner - I had a piece, it was pretty good. Then I ran out to pick up some new tape runners!! 

I was gone for about and hour - it was nice to have some alone time!! Now I'm back and I'm just chilling till these kids head to bed so I can head to bed - I'm freezing and it's time for me to snuggle down in my bed!!

Well it's finally starting to warm up some,

we finally had a "normal" day of school today. We got the girls fed and their lunches packed and on the bus, then we headed back to bed till about 7:30AM. Then we got up and did it all over again with the boys! As I was waiting outside to get the boys on the bus I noticed my tire was super low again, daddy said he'd meet me at Sheetz to fill it and get me gas, but he locked his keys in his car!! Ugh!! So I took C to school and then he got his keys out and met me at Sheetz, my tire only had 13 lbs of air in it - it's suppose to have like 35 lbs in it!! It must have a slow leak in it, since this is the 2nd time for this to happen, guess I'll have to get it checked out!! Then I had to run to Giant Eagle to pick up my medicine. Then back home where I started working on my December album again finally!! I stopped to pick C up and he guilted me into taking him to McDonald's for lunch again, little turd!! Then it was home where I spent the whole afternoon working on my album again!

Once the kids started coming home I quit and then at about 4:30PM I started dinner, bacon cheddar mac & cheese - it was freaking delicious!! Little man and Gman both ate 3 helpings of it and C ate all of his without complaining once!! After dinner, I made my bed and folded and put away some laundry that was laying around! Then I laid in bed and scrapped a page with Kristin's new kit coming out Saturday. Then I read till daddy came home at 7:30PM. Little man and Gman got their showers and then at 8PM it was off to dreamland for them!! I ate some ice cream, read some more and then I watched an episode of this TV show daddy is watching and now I'm writing this and then hitting the hay!!

Up bright and early

on this first day of Christmas break, alarm went off at 6AM. We rushed around and got last minute things pack, gave the boys a breathing treatment and cereal for breakfast. Got everyone in the van and were pulling out at 7:25AM, 5 minutes ahead of schedule!! The trip to Ohio was good and all the kids were excellent. It rained like the whole way, but that's ok we still enjoyed listening to Christmas music!!

We only stopped once and it was going great until just outside of Boardman when T hit a big huge puddle of water!!! We immediately lost power steering and all the sudden the van was over heating!! The alarm was dinging so loud I was like "Pull over......Pull over"!!! He did and got under the hood and found that the belt on the tension pulley had slipped off!!! CRAP!!! We had zero tools in the van and wasn't sure if we should call AAA and have the van towed or what. So T called his dad and asked him to bring him some tools, but all he showed up with was some channel locks, WTH!!! So my awesome hubby basically fixed the van with an umbrella, a snow scraper and a pair of pliers!!! We sat there for almost an hour but everyone was so good!! T got the belt on and was covered in grease but we headed to my parents house still!! We got there and he washed up and changed clothes and my mom washed his dirty clothes for him!! Then we had lunch (lunch meat, cheese and salads) and the kids played and played and played!!! They had tons of fun!! We stayed until about 6PM and then headed to my inlaws, a move we would later come to regret!!! We got there and found out that everyone within the last day or two had been sick with the stomach flu - AWESOME!!! Assholes could have called us and told us before we showed up!! We ended up having lunchmeat and cheese for dinner too. Then they wanted to open presents! The kids got about 5 gifts each - not to over the top but half of the boys gifts were ones we'd already bought them from "Santa" so I guess I'll be taking those back! I got a blanket, soap and hand cream. Tim and I got $100 cash from his mom and dad and I got $25 bucks from Dale. We thought we'd have a nice night with just us and the inlaws, but NOPE!! Here same TJ with his 3 kids, god I hate that!! Why can't they just stay away for once and let my kids have some time with their grandparents with out having to fight for attention!! Then T put the kids to bed and we had to run out to Wal Mart to get an air mattress so I'd have something to sleep on. Then it was nighty night!

Another crap day!!!

We got up and the van wouldn't start!!! Daddy had to have his car into Buggy's by 8AM so we called AAA at like 6AM and they came out and tried to jump the battery but it wouldn't work - CRAP!!! So daddy went to Wal Mart and bought a brand new battery and came home and put it in the van. Daddy drove his car into Buggy's and then walked to Family Video. I got the boys on the bus and then started up the road to get C to school and the freaking battery light comes on!!! WTH!!! I tried to call daddy and I couldn't get a hold of him and I was getting pissed!!! He phone had died and he finally called me back and I told him about the light, He met me at the school and we ran to Aldi's and Wal Mart and got the few things I needed and we headed to Auto Zone to return the old alternator and to see if they could test to see what was wrong with the van - no power form the alternator!! WTH!!! So we headed to Buggy's. His car was almost done and the man agreed to look at the van! So we got C picked up and daddy dropped us off at the house and we to get his car and drop off the van! We chilled out the rest of the afternoon - I worked on some laundry. Then Buggy's called about 3PM and the van was done! S and R got home and daddy and I left to go pick up the van, they only charged us $170 bucks for daddy's care (we were quoted $600) and they did the van for FREE!!! Hooray!! It was something loose with something on the alternator so it was an easy fix!! Then it was pizza for dinner and the kids wrapped their gift exchange gifts!!

What a freaking morning!!!

Tim's car is having "issues" (leaking gas) and so he was going to take the van to work today, after we got the girls out the door and he was taking the boys down through the basement to get on the bus he found that some one had turned the van key on and left that way all night, the battery was DEAD!!! He called AAA and we waited for them to come. They jumped the van and we got in and took daddy to work, but as we pulled in to Sheetz there was this terrible smell and we couldn't figure out what it was. We got dad dropped off and then as we were driving to Giant Eagle to drop off medicine the battery light came on - CRAP!!! So after much discussion we figured out that it was the alternator that was bad and daddy was going to have to fix it when he got home! So C and I hung out all day just vegging. I baked some cookies. Daddy didn't get home till like 10PM and then he started working on the van. I couldn't stay up and I had to go to bed, but daddy was up till like 2AM fixing it, but he got it done so hip hip hooray for daddy!!!

So what can I say about today, it kind of sucked!!!

Our alarm went off and I seriously did not want to get up, I think I am just running myself ragged and I'm not sleeping well at night so therefore it's making it harder for me to get up in the morning!! But up I got and got lunches packed and T got the girls fed and we headed back to bed. Back up at 7:30AM and it was rush, rush, rush!! Got kids fed and Gman's lunch packed (Little man was staying home today) and then got all the breathing treatments done and all the boys dressed!!! Threw on some yoga pants and thankfully T offered to stay home with Little man while dropped C off at school!! Came home and cleaned the kitchen and cleaned up my inbox a bit. I started some laundry and then it was time to go get C. While I was sitting there waiting Mrs. Mauk called and Gman was in her office with a headache, earache and low grade fever (99.7). UGH!!! Oh but before that I forgot that T called shortly after he left for work and his car was leaking gas - Buggy's can't get him in till like Thursday and it's going to cost like $600 bucks!!! UGH!! He can't drive it so he had to stay in town!!! Ok back to the school calling, I called T had him call the doc's while I picked up C and then off we went to EP to get Gman! Our appointment wasn't till 2:15PM so home we went!!! I baked peanut butter blossoms while the boys played with play dough. I also worked on some more laundry!!! At 1:45PM off we went to the docs!! Got right in and Dr. Shoe came in to see us, no ear infecting (I knew it), but he was wheezing and had a sinus infection!! UGH!! I swear to god if one more person gets sick I'm gonna FREAK!!! So we picked up another nebulizer (a penguin) and headed home to get my purse (I forgot it - ACK!! I hate that!!) and then picked up daddy so that he could sit in the van with the boys so I could get tylenol/advil from Wal Mart and then the RX form Giant Eagle! Then it was home to wait for S to call to pick her up from her play audition!! She finally called at 5PM and off we went once again!! Then it was home to cook dinner (shells/ragu/meatballs) and then after dinner we did part of our craft, upcycle bulb ornament, but we ran out of time because we had to get showers and give breathing treatments!!! Once I got the boys in bed I sat in my office and made 8 ornaments for the boys teachers - silouette and glitter ones. Now I'm writing this and as soon as I'm done I am going to bed!! I am kind of whooped and I just want to cuddle up in my bed with my pillows!!!

Last Monday before Christmas break, WOO HOO!!!!

Ugh it was tough getting up this morning, I seriously just wanted to crawl back in bed. Maybe because it was a totally crappy night - T was up with Little man like 3 times - he was crying and belly aching all night because his ear hurt. Then him and C were up at like 5AM watching TV in the living room - sheesh!!! T herded them back to bed. We got the girls fed and out the door and headed back to bed! We got back up about 7:30AM and got the boys fed, dressed and lunches packed! Little man was crying again because his ear hurt but he didn't want to miss school because they were having a cooking class all day, he was also scared that he would start crying in school and kids would make fun of him!! I told him, if his ear starts to hurt just raise his hand and ask to go to the nurse, then if he cries no one will see him and I'll come get him! C and I hung out till lunch, I made him some gingerbread play dough to play with, and then we headed out the door to run a few errands, visited Daddy at his store. I got home and at about 2:15 (right when I was leaving to pick up S), Mrs. Mauk called and Little man was complaining of ear pain and his temp was 100. CRAP!!!  I called T to see if he could pick up S and take her and that's I go get Little man. I tried the Dr. office but there phone just rang and rang and then went to a message that they were busy due to high call volume. Then T called and his car wouldn't start, CRAP!!! So I hurried and picked up Little man and then picked up S, told T to keep trying the office and to get us an appointment. T called and finally got the car started, told me the office said just to stop in as soon as possible, so I told him to just go in town and park by the dermatologist office and I'd drop S off and in the mean time I'd take Little man to the doctor's. That left R at home by herself and to get Gman off the bus if T didn't make it home in time!

We got the office and got right in, still wheezing a bit and RAGING ear infection (right ear), the worst Dr. Shoe said he'd seen in a long time!! So amoxicillin for 10 days! All while this was going on T and S were waiting and waiting to be called back - her appointment was at 3:10PM and it was after 3:40PM before she was even called back!! Also R got Gman off the bus and instead of going through the garage like I told her she went out the mud room door and locked her and Gman out of the house - in the cold and snow! Then T came home and he didn't even have his key because he had given it to R that morning to get in after school!! Sheese!! Thank goodness were got home at about 4:15PM so they didn't have to wait outside long!! T had to go back to work and I need to get medicines pick up and thankfully I had put beef soup in the crockpot so all I did was make some noodles and served the kids, then I headed out the door to get the meds and finally back home after 6PM. I was so whooped and really didn't feel like doing out activity and didn't think we really had any time so I told the kids we'd just do two tomorrow!!! Then I headed to my room to drink a mimosa and watch the new Percy Jackson movie on blue ray! After it was done I watched Pacific Rim till I couldn't hold  my eyes open any more and then it was off to dream land!!
