Weird Weather

So we were suppose to have some terrible weather today so the kids and I were in the pool shortly after 10AM, it was so nice floating for about 2 hours! We got out at about 12:15PM for lunch then after lunch we got in for just a little bit more and then got out to get ready to go to the library! We left a little early because I had to stop at Tanja's to drop off some PTA paper work and then we were at the library almost 2 hours! I worked on my school calendar while the kids did all their usual library stuff. Then we headed to Mickey's and got some ice cream and then came home! 

The kids played outside and I finally started dinner at about 6PM. We had scrambled eggs, sausage and toast!! Tanja stopped over at about 6:30PM for me to sign a check. By about 7PM, I was spent!! Hot, sweaty, grumpy and done with the kids!!! T was late coming home so I had to deal with bedtime myself - he didn't get home till almost 9:30PM.

Hump Day!

T was feeling terrible this morning so once we were done getting everyone ready and out the door he headed back to bed! CJ and I headed to EP to help Laura clean out and pack up the PTA stuff in A7! 

CJ found this fake flower in A7 and put it in my hair for me, then he took this photo so I could see it!! Hahaha!!

We were there till 11PM. Then Krista invited us to GH's for a playdate so we headed there! We played till 1PM. Then CJ and I headed to McDonald's for lunch! Once home I started filling out CJ's forms for pre-k (Mrs. Bradley had given them to me that morning at the school). S stayed after school because she had graduation practice and so we went to pick her up after the boys got off the bus. Once we got her I took the kids to Dunkin Donuts to get a treat!! 

Rough morning this morning

- I think we are all just done with this school year and want it to be summer vacation! CJ came in my bed early!

Little man and Gman fought all morning long! CJ is still running a low grade fever! Called the doctors once I got the boys on the bus but since it's the same as what Little man has (sounds like it anyways), they want to give it one more day. CJ and I were busy all morning! We had to run to Wal Mart and I spent a ton of time getting paper work ready on the computer for my PTA meeting tonight! At one point after lunch CJ fell asleep in my chair and slept for probably 2 hours! Let my house at about 5:30PM to head to The Giant Eagle Express because that's where we were having the meeting since it was raining! We were there for 3 hours, but we got a lot accomplished!! Ugh - the PTA president thing is A LOT OF WORK!!! T got home from Ohio some time when I was gone - maybe just after 7PM. Once  the meeting was finally done I had to run to Wal Mart and get milk and pull ups!! Then is was home and bed for me!!

Up and at 'em!

Alarm went off bright and early this morning at 6AM and I just wanted to cry!!! Ugh - I need summer vacation NOW!!! I got up and got lunched packed and then headed back to bed and was even more whiny when the alarm went off at 7:30AM!! In fact no one else got up so I laid back down and we didn't end up getting out of bed till almost 8AM and then we were rushed the whole time! Once the boys got off to school I headed down to exercise! T got ready (packed for Ohio) and then left. Once I was done I showered and ate a snack and then worked on my project life for a bit! CJ and I had lunch and then headed out the door to hit Wal Mart to pick up some stuff I forgot and to get the supplies to make Gman's snack. Then at 1:30PM we met Kristi, Laura and Tanja at the bank to open the new account for the new PTA! We were there till for over an hour! CJ was good though and we got it all taken care of! Then CJ and I grabbed drinks for Mickey's before we headed home! I got some laundry in and worked on my PL a bit more, then it was time to start getting dinner ready. I had R put the fries in the oven and then I grilled the hot dogs out on the grill. Then we ate and cleaned up just smidgen and then headed out the door! The girl's had practice at East Pike for the alumni vocal ensemble from 6 to 7:30PM. I had a PTA meeting at 6:30PM, the boys stayed with me and colored and played with playdoh. The meeting was over at 7:15PM and then we waited just a bit for the girls to be done and then we headed home! It was showers real quick for everyone and then I got the boys in bed! I made granola bars and then I made the dirt pudding for Gman's snack! But I used all the milk so once I got them in the fridge I had to run to Sheetz to get some - I hated leaving the kids! Then I came home and cut out flowers for the snack and now I'm writing this and them I'm gonna hit the hay!!

It's Thursday!

So we were up and at them at 6AM this morning and we didn't head back to bed :-( T had to leave for Ohio by 6:30AM and I have so much going on in my life right now I need every spare minute - so I cleaned until the boys got up!! So once I got everyone fed and out the door, CJ and I headed to town to drop him at his school! Then I came back home and Jenn came over and we spent an hour chatting and filling goodie bags. Then I spent the next 45 minutes typing up some lists for the 3rd grade party that I needed to email to Mrs. Bradley and then the last 15 minutes before I left I hurriedly packed a lunch for CJ and I!! Went into town and got CJ and then we headed to Mack Park! We ate lunch with Laura, Chase, Elle, Joshua, Chrissy, Braden, Amy and Alicia - well Chase, Elle, Joshua and CJ ate - the other two went off to play. 

We were there till just after one and then we came home! I sat and typed up the form stating that school district does indeed acknowledge our new PTA and then I called the Administration office to see who I could get to sign it for me and notarize it! I got a quick answer and they were willing to fit me in so CJ and I headed up there! Then we went into East Pike to get some slips from the PTA box and then we came home! The boys got off the bus and then I had to run into the Jr High at 5PM to pick up R. I came home and made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and then me and the boys ran S to the high school for Madrigal's practice at 7PM. Came home and rushed Little man and Gman through their showers, got all 3 boys in their jammies and then back to the high school by 8PM to pick S up! Once home I sent the boys to potty and then put them straight to bed! Then I sat on my office floor watching Youtube videos and making paper plate "paddles" and blowing up (by mouth) 23 balloons for Balloon Badminton tomorrow!! Now I'm writing this and gonna hit the hay! I am whooped!! CJ and I have some running to do in the morning so I'm gonna turn in!!

Happy sweet 16th birthday

to my baby girl S!! 

Today started out normal - me packing lunches and T fixing breakfast. Then we both stayed up - me to work on PTA stuff and him to get ready so he could go get blood work. He did make the boys breakfast before he left - pancakes and waffles. I got the 2 boys on the bus and then CJ and I ran to Wal Mart to get cake and icing to make S cupcakes. We came home and I did that then worked on PTA stuff. Then I exercised and grabbed a shower. Make lunch for CJ and me and then finally T came home. I left because I was helping with kindergarten registration at a East Pike from 12:45 to 3PM. I ended up staying till 3:30 and then ran to Bilo to pick up ice cream and pasta salad. Came home and daddy started making dinner - burgers and fries. Just as dinner was ready we realized I forgot to buy buns! So Gman and I ran to Rite Aid real quick to get them. We ate and then enjoyed cupcakes. S and I then left at 7pm to go to her band concert. We were there till almost 9pm. Now I'm laying here waiting to put jeans in the washer when all I want to do is go to bed!

What a LONG day!!!

I'm gonna be tried just recapping it again!! So today started bright and early at 5AM! I was up and showered and got lunched pack and the girls up! Then I got the boys up and got them all dressed and fed cereal and we were out the door by 6:28AM. I threatened the girls not to miss the bus and then I headed to Laura's to drop Little man off!! Then Gman, CJ and I were off to Pittsburgh! It was smooth sailing until we hit just past the Zoo exit and then there was so much traffic, but thankfully it was short in distance even though it was long in time!! But I had left in plenty of time so we still made it to the hospital with plenty of time to spare! We got an awesome parking place in the parking garage and then took the purple elevator to the 4th floor! We had to wait just a few minutes until we checked in and then we waited about 15 more minutes before he was called back! He had to p.e.e in a cup and then we waited about 15 minutes for the CNP (certified nurse practitioner) to come in and see us. 

We talked for a bit and discussed his "symptoms" and how long we had been dealing with them and then she did a physical examination of his mister p.e.e.pers and said that he has meatal stenosis. Basically his p.e.e hole is closed up but for a tiny little pin prick of a hole! So then we talked about how to fix it and there were 2 options - in office with local anesthetic and in the operating room with general anesthetic. Obviously I choose to try the office route first so we are going to get a call to set that up. Then we were done and we headed out - we were there for less them 3 hours. Then we got in the van and headed home, but after a few minutes of driving I decided to try and find the Hobby Lobby to see if I could find the Aqua core kit, so we followed the directions and found it, but no such luck - BOO!! So I bought something else and then back in the van we went and headed home! We got home right at lunch time! Once I got home the hospital scheduling lady had already called me so I called her back and we are going to the Dr.'s Monroeville Office on June 16th to have the procedure done! Then the boys and I just hung out till everyone else started coming home!! S made dinner and then I headed out to get a gift card at Dunking Donuts for Laura (for baby sitting Little man) and a tea from McDonald's before the 6:30PM PTA meeting when my phone rang and it was Jenn asking where I was, it was almost 6PM and the meeting was starting at 6PM!! ACK!!! So I rushed there and was only a few minutes late - it was the longest meeting ever - there was some much contention it was just UGH!!! I was elected president but one of the girl's that was elected vice president I really can't stand and the funny thing is she is my neighbor - she literally lives like 5 feet beside us! Once the meeting was over it was a whirlwind of signing stuff and getting information - my head was spinning!! Eek!! Then after we were done Laura, Kristi, Cindy and I headed to Brunzies for drinks and talking! We were there till 11PM and then I had to come home and make crock pot potato soup for the teacher's appreciation lunch the next day!! It was probably 12:30AM before I got into bed!!! I think T got home just before 8PM from Ohio.

Such a busy day!!

I'm so beat and here is why!! We ran through our morning routine for all the school kids and then CJ and I were off and to the track to walk! 43 minutes later I found Taco Bell in my van from dad - love that man! Then I stopped at Sheetz to get CJ a go-gart snack and we headed to the library for story time! Then we grabbed a few books for ourselves and then headed to see daddy at work, he was in town today! Then it was a quick trip through the drive through to get CJ a happy meal and me a tea and then off to Wal Mart to pick up some odds and ends! Then it was off for home! I cleaned up the kitchen, boiled eggs and then worked on Gman's hat and made the kids chocolate chop muffins for snack! T called the doctors because he is having trouble with his big toe and the doctor declared he has gout and is now on a steroid for a bit! Then the girls started coming home and R brought a friend with her and she was one rude kid plus she had the stinkiest feet ever!! Our whole house smelled! Boo!! She was here till about 5PM and then the kids and I had ham and cheese sandwiches for dinner! Then Laura picked me up at 5:55PM to head to the PTA meeting. We were there till 8:30PM and then we (me, Laura, Krista and Cindy) headed to Brunzies for drinks! It wasn't too late of a night so I was home by 10:30PM! Then I peeled eggs and made pudding for lunches and then it was off to bed!

Daddy's Day off!

Hooray for daddy having a day off today!! We all needed it so bad! We got up and 6AM and got our normal routine done, then back to bed and back up at 7:30AM to get the boys ready for school. Once I had their lunches packed I headed back to bed to just snuggle and ended up falling back to sleep and staying in bed till like noon!! Oops!!! During that time daddy and CJ just hung out in the living room watching Scooby Doo and spending time together!! Then I got up and showered and putzed around, folding laundry and putting it away, then at 3PM daddy and I headed out to town to pick up some potato soup from Eat N Park for me!! Once we got the soup we stopped at Meadows and got ourselves some ice cream!! It was so good!! Then it was home. The kids went outside and cleaned the yard/played while daddy made supper and I started some laundry! I ate my potato soup and daddy made the kids these yummy hashbrown/cheddar mini meatloafs! Then I left the house for a PTA meeting at 6:15PM and daddy did night duty with all the kids, homework with Gman and showers/baths for everyone!! I was done with PTA at about 8:30PM and then I went out for drinks to Brunzies with Laura, Cindy and Krista.

We were out till 11PM and then it was time to head home! I was weird for some reason and daddy was snoring so bad that I couldn't sleep. I was going to go out on the couch, but he volunteered too. Then it was off to dream land fro me!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Ugh, C is still really sick!!! He was up off and on all night and eventually ended up in our bed and I ended up sponging him down again for almost an hour before he fell back to sleep! Daddy and I were both so tired so I told him I'd get up with the girls and get their lunches packed and then he could rest with C and when I was done I'd come lay with C while he got up and made a quick breakfast for the girls! Then he came back to bed and we tried to catch a little more sleep before the other boys had us up!!! Once we got them all out the door I laid in bed with C almost all day, until it was time for me to leave - I gave him tylenol and advil and just tried to keep him comfortable! 

Daddy went into his Indiana store in the morning for just a bit, until he needed to be home at 1:30PM for me to leave and go to the elementary school for Gman's party. I was at the school from 1:45PM till 3:45PM and then I headed home! C was still sick, so I had S get the boys off the bus while I ran to Bilo to get raviolis for dinner and popsicles for C! I had S cook up dinner and then once I ate, I climbed back in bed with him and there we were all night! Daddy had to go to Altoona in the afternoon, but thankfully he wasn't to terrible late!!

Hump Day

Not much happened once I got everyone off the school and work!! I worked on a tiny bit of laundry and I think I vacuumed the living room and my office. Once the kids started coming home I got a shower and then started fixing dinner. C and I had run to Wal Mart and picked up rice, so we had the honey chicken for dinner - everyone complained - brats!!! But I made them all eat it anyways! Then I had a PTA meeting so I left the house at 6:15PM and left S in charge till daddy was going to get home at about 7PM. Once the meeting was over at about 8PM I came home and sat in the living room watching a movie, The Frozen Ground. It was alright - I've seen better! Then it was off to dream land for me, I seriously needed it!!

So I thought today was going to be a pretty lazy day,

at least until a little after dinner time. After we got up and got the girls out the door Tim had to leave and head to Ohio to help with some pizza stuff so I had to get the boys out the door by myself, which wasn't a problem we did awesome. After I went back to lay down though I got a text from Krista that she and the kids were going to the library for story/craft time and would we like to join them, I said yes of course so there went our lazy morning!! I showered quick and got Callum dressed, we made a quick stop to drop off his preschool tuition and then headed to the library!! It was such a HUGE crowd, I swear there must have been 20 kids there - so different then when we go on Mondays!!! Callum was so shy, but he did sing a bit and then we made a craft, a turkey door hanger. Then he played trains for a bit and then we left. We got home and had lunch, I worked on some laundry and then I had to go and get Sydney from county choir practice at 3PM.

Mailman finally brought me my awesome roller date stamp!!!

Got home and got the boys off the bus and then I started dinner - just spaghetti and meatballs. Then at 6:30PM I had to head to East Pike for a PTA meeting and I took the 3 boys with me!! They were pretty good and we were there till 8PM. I'm the coordinator for Graham's class Fall festival and so that's gonna be an experience!!! Hahaha!!! These other mothers better not suck!!! We headed home and I had Liam and Graham shower real quick and I told Callum we'd get him a bath in the morning!!! I got them in bed and they went right to sleep - thank goodness, I was at the end of my rope!!! Tim called and he is in Grove City and  on his way home. As soon as he get here I am going to BED!!! Until them I'm off to my bed room to read!!

OMG, what a day!!!

We were all up early and getting ready because I had to leave the house to be at EP by 8AM!!! I took C with me and T got the 2 other boys on the bus!! I had to help set up and decorate for the Veteran's Day program. C was such a good little boy and played with Chase while I worked (hooray he finally warmed up to him!!!). Then T showed up at 8:40AM to take C to preschool and I stayed at the school and watched the program (while monitoring the food stuff). Then I left at 11AM to go pick C up and we came back to the school!! We helped with the refreshments, ate lunch with G and visited L and G in their class rooms!!! 

We then cleaned up the refreshment stuff and finally headed home at 2:30PM!!! We were both beat!!! I had to pick S up from school (from band practice) at 4:15PM and then I came home and got in my nice cozy jammies and lazed around for the rest of the day!! I made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and then I called it a day, I went in my bed and read and G and C both wandered in and out of my room until G finally fell asleep with me and Cv almost did!!! Daddy came home at about 8:45PM and put all the kids to bed for me while I rolled over and fell fast asleep myself!!

Busy but fun day!!!

All the usually morning routine stuff happened: I sent scrambled eggs, sausage, cinnamon sugar pita chips and fruit in the kids lunches (pineapple for L and Kiwi for everyone else).

Then C and I headed to the track for a walk and ride. Once home I got us ready for our playdate at Mike Park (KG had text me last night and invited us), we were gonna eat lunch there too so I packed us a "picnic". We headed off and there was K with E & C, A with A (from C's class), C and B and another mom and her 2 kids that I was never introduced too. Poor C did want to play with any of the kids!!! He played by himself for a while and then found a "friend" in a little boy that wasn't in our group....he had a good time with him so I guess that is all that matters, right!?!?! We stayed and played (and talked) till about 12:45 and then we headed home, C did not want to leave!!

I worked on some laundry and then at 3PM we left to go to EP, I volunteered to help sort their Market Day stuff. We were there about an hour and C was so shy!!! He colored a bit and then helped me sort a bit, but mostly he hid under the lunch tables!! We were done at 4PM, but L and G didn't want to ride with me they wanted to ride the bus so I sent them home for S to get off the bus. Then C and I stopped at Sheetz for drinks and then headed to the Jr. High and waited to pick R up from Spirit Band practice, she was done at 4:15PM. I was at a loss at to what to make for dinner - nothing was sounding good - I found some chicken nuggets and fries in the freezer so that is what I made!! Daddy made it home at about 7:30PM and it was a mad rush to get kids showered and in bed!!!
