Hybrid boy page

I finished this page on Friday. It's a digital kit (from 2010) that I printed out and cut mostly on my silhouette by Zoe Pearn who now has a paper scrapbooking company called Cocoa Vanilla Studios. Way back when Zoe was primarily a digital designer I was honored to be on her team and get all her goodies for free!! And even though this kit is almost 6 years old, it still rocks and was just perfect for this page of CJ's last day of preschool!!

Soak Up The Sun

Gah, I loved playing with this Carta Bella kit!! I always think I'm "OK" with thin paper and then I play with a Carta Bella Kit and I"m like "NOPE"!!! Hahaha!! This is Soak Up The Sun by Alisha Gordon from Carta Bella, loved it!! I've also used Liquitex modeling paste, a stencil from Heidi Swapp, Mustard and Teal Color Shine from Heidi Swapp, Clover Shop Front Alpha's by October Afternoon, Cork Stack by DCWV, and enamel dots from Simple Stories Say Cheese II, Recollections Cork, & Gemstones from The Paper Studio.

So I did this page ages ago and have just never uploaded it, pure laziness!! But I just love this kit by Lori Whitlock!! It's All About A Boy by Echo Park!! Love it, it was the perfect fit for this photo of CJ and Scarlett!!!

Girl pages

I scrapped 2 pages at the beginning of last week that I totally forgot to post!! One uses My Mind's Eye new line On Trend 2 and the other uses Dear Lizzy Serendipity!! I'm wondering if the On Trend 2 line wasn't a "big hit" when revealed!?!?! I got most of it from Crafty Steals and then my "local" Pat Catan's has most of the line too!! I really like it, it's perfect for my older girls!!!

Birthday Wishes

I scrapped 2 pages today, both use the Birthday Wishes kit by Alisha Gordon from Echo Park!! I picked this kit up a few weeks ago at Pat Catan's for like $5 bucks!!! I just love it and I think both these pages look so different even though they use the same kit and have a repeating element!!

Paper layout

Here is an 8.5x11 page I made for Little man's album today!! It uses Pumpkin Spice by Simple Stories!! Loved this collection!!! I used a cut file I found from pintrest and cut it out on my silhouette and then backed it with the different colord gingham prints in the paper pack!! Love hoe it turned out!!

Countdown to Christmas - DONE!!!

So yesterday was a HUGE day in my house, I finished our 2015 Countdown to Christmas album!!! I didn't even start it till after Christmas was over because we were just way to busy!!! So I'm super impressed with myself, especially since I scrapped most of the days with an 8.5x11 traditional scrapbook page and a small pocket page!!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! My album is from Joann's and it's a gorgeous DCWV white with gold foiled music notes on it!! Way back in like Sept or Oct I bought Simple Stories Claus & Co collection: I got the collection kit, the 6x6 paper pad, the bits and pieces pack, enamel dots, and 4x6 sticker pack. I also picked up a Pink Paislee paper pad from Michael's: Merry & Bright. I used from Heidi Swapp Oh What Fun: Washi Booklet, Gold Numbers Countdown Kit, and Wood Venner. Then I rounded my goodies out with some of Michael's College Lodge die cuts, stickers from Wal Mart, and various thickers. Just a side note about this year, we started SUPER early!! I usually start the day after Thanksgiving, but as the years go by and the kids get older and BUSIER I have to be more creative!! With wrestling 4 nights a week and 6 to 7 concerts through out the month I knew we wouldn't get many things "made". So I started out activities on the kid's first day of Thanksgiving break - Wednesday, November 25th!! So with out further ado, my pages!!!
